Travelling to ACE'24

ACE'24 is a 100% business event, open to air charter professionals, aircraft owners, operators and suppliers, passengers and potential passengers.

Air Charter Expo 2024 takes place at:

London Biggin Hill Airport
on Tuesday September 10th, 2024
from 09.00 - 17.00.

Tickets can be purchased online up until 11:00 on Monday September 9th. It is not possible to buy tickets on arrival.

Tickets are restricted to professionals in air charter companies, business aircraft owners, operators and passengers, and the related supply chain.

By car
Free car parking is available at London Biggin Hill Airport (TN16 3BN), please follow the signs on arrival at the airport entrance.

By public transport
The nearest railway station is Bromley South, which is 16 mins by fast train from London Victoria station.

By air
Visiting pilots should contact operations at London Biggin Hill airport prior to departure on +44 (0) 1959 578 500 stating ETA, aircraft type and number of passengers. Visiting aircraft are welcome subject to normal airport procedures and charges.

PLEASE NOTE
Children under 16 will not be admitted. All attendees to ACE'24 will be required to wear ACE badges and lanyards throughout their time at the event. There are hot and cold food and beverage options available on a pay as you go basis, as well as samples from the various catering and hospitality companies exhibiting at ACE'24.
